Payroll Compliance Lead
6-Month Contract | Melbourne (Hybrid)
Join a large organisation seeking a senior payroll professional to drive compliance and process improvement across a high-volume payroll function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen payroll governance and compliance processes
- Analyse and improve payroll systems and reporting (ADP environment)
- Support STP data corrections and exception reporting
- Develop compliance trackers, reports, and process documentation
- Provide expert advice on Awards, EBAs, and Fair Work requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in high-volume payroll operations (2,000+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of ADP systems and payroll reporting
- Solid understanding of Awards, EBAs, and payroll legislation
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
- Experience improving processes or leading payroll teams
Details:
- 6-month contract with potential extension
- Hybrid role, Melbourne-based (3 days in office, flexibility possible)
