About the Role
This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to blend creativity with strategic thinking in a dynamic environment. As the Partnerships & Digital Content Coordinator
, you’ll be responsible for creating digital assets and content strategies that support external partnerships and internal initiatives. This is a hands-on position that touches everything from video content and event support to data reporting and campaign coordination. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys varied work and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, edit and publish multimedia content across web, email, and social media channels
- Collaborate on the planning and delivery of partnership activations and digital campaigns
- Capture lo-fi video and photographic content during events and shoots
- Liaise with creative, marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics to drive engagement and inform strategy
- Provide on-site support for digital and partner activations, including interstate and occasional international travel
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in digital content creation, including video production and basic design
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Flexibility to work across evenings, weekends, and travel when required
- Experience in a digital, marketing or content-focused role
