The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to lead enterprise-wide organisational change for a major digital transformation initiative focused on improving customer service delivery across Queensland. Working within a complex, multi-stream environment, you will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and adoption activities to support the rollout of a unified operating model across people, process, technology, and service delivery functions. This role will suit an experienced Change Manager who thrives in ambiguity, can influence across all organisational levels, and has a strong track record delivering meaningful transformation outcomes in government or large enterprise environments.
The Role
You will play a key role leading the organisational change stream across a high-profile transformation initiative.
- Lead organisational change management and communication activities
- Deliver impact assessments, readiness planning, and transition strategies
- Partner with project leaders, SMEs, and business stakeholders
- Develop strategies to support adoption and minimise resistance
- Monitor and report on change effectiveness and business readiness
- Identify and manage change risks, dependencies, and interdependencies
About You
You are a seasoned Change Manager with strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience delivering transformation within complex organisations.
- Proven experience delivering organisational change in large projects
- Strong understanding of change methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Experience managing ambiguity within fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop pragmatic, outcome-focused change strategies
