Our Client:
A large Queensland Government department delivering critical transport and infrastructure initiatives across the state.
The role:
Lead organisational change management for ICT-enabled projects. Drive adoption, minimise resistance and embed sustainable business transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and apply a structured change methodology aligned to the ICT OCM Framework.
- Develop and execute change strategies, impact assessments and resistance management plans.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and training strategies to support implementation.
- Coach and support senior leaders to champion change and drive adoption.
- Integrate change activities into project plans and coordinate readiness, release and implementation activities.
- Define success metrics, monitor adoption, manage risks and ensure benefits realisation at project close.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience leading organisational change for ICT-enabled programs.
- Strong knowledge of structured change methodologies and frameworks.
- Demonstrated capability delivering change impact, readiness and stakeholder assessments.
- Experience developing and executing communications and training plans.
- Ability to influence, coach and engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working across public and private sector environments highly regarded.
