Our Client:
A government department delivering cutting-edge digital modernisation initiatives across education and enterprise systems.
The role:
This role leads organisational change management for a major enterprise technology transformation project. You'll work closely with program managers and executive stakeholders to deliver change strategies that enable successful adoption of modernised cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, delivery and review of change initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure business readiness and benefit realisation
- Develop and execute communications, training and business transition plans
- Provide strategic OCM advice across multiple projects
- Track risks, issues, dependencies and report outcomes
- Contribute to team-wide frameworks and capability building efforts
Skills & Experience:
- Proven success leading complex ICT-enabled change in large organisations
- Experience using formal change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci)
- Strong communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills
- High-level strategic thinking and influence across senior levels
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) required
