The role:
Lead change management activities for a major digital transformation project, focusing on adoption, stakeholder engagement, and embedding strategic change. Experience in health and federal government sectors is highly regarded, given the complexity and scale of the transformation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement change management strategies to support project objectives
- Manage key internal stakeholder relationships and navigate resistance
- Track, evaluate, and continuously improve change processes
- Lead communication and decision-making impacting organisation-wide operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and manage conflict
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in organisational change management in complex environments
- Ability to lead change readiness assessments and mitigation strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and impact-focused decision-making
