Administrative Governance & Support
- Champion best-practice administrative standards across document control, records management, data quality, and policy compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional administrative support (HR, Finance, IT) ensuring information flows and hand-offs are frictionless.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify, prioritise, and deliver continuous-improvement and automation opportunities, leveraging low-code platforms, AI assistants, and RPA to reduce manual effort and cycle times.
- Maintain an innovation backlog, develop business cases, and track realisation of cost, quality, and speed benefits.
Client and Consultant Experience
- Serve as the operational point of escalation for consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and diplomatically.
- Analyse feedback and operational data to design interventions that lift Net Promoter Scores and employee engagement.
Team Development & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor a team of operations and administrative specialists; set clear goals, provide coaching, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Implement knowledge-sharing forums and SOP documentation to ensure resilience and consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure seamless end-to-end engagement and commercial governance.
- Influence stakeholders to embed operational discipline and optimise the consultant lifecycle.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely and high-quality resolution of operational and service requests.
- Reduction in operational costs through automation and improved efficiency.
- Positive outcomes from internal and external stakeholder experience surveys.
- Successful implementation of automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Who We're Looking For:

- Demonstrated ability to build and optimise administrative processes, document control, and data governance.
- Proven track record leading continuous-improvement initiatives, automation, or AI resulting in measurable efficiency gains.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Comfortable with ERP/PSA tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Kimble, SAP), service desk platforms, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and emerging AI productivity tools.
