We’re looking for an organised and proactive Onboarding Officer to join a high-performing Talent team, supporting the onboarding and compliance process for a high volume of new starters. This is a people-focused role where communication, follow-through, and attention to detail are critical to success.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Following up on outstanding documentation, checks, and mandatory requirements
  • Tracking onboarding progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Responding to candidate queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Working closely with internal HR, Talent, and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems with a high level of attention to detail

This role will suit someone who enjoys being busy, loves speaking with people, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong customer service or call centre experience
  • Confidence managing high volumes of phone-based communication
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to problem solve
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance and documentation
  • Confidence using systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases
  • A team-first mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

What’s on Offer

  • Permanent full-time opportunity
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Purpose-driven organisation with strong values
  • Opportunity to build a long-term career within Talent and HR

If you enjoy fast-paced work, building relationships, and being the person that keeps everything on track behind the scenes, this could be the perfect next step for you.
