The Opportunity
We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to support the seamless running of our Melbourne office. This role is central to maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming workplace environment.
As the first point of contact, you will represent Davidson at the front desk, greeting clients and candidates while also taking ownership of behind-the-scenes office coordination. Working closely with the Group Operations team, you will ensure the office operates efficiently, remains compliant, and continues to be a positive and productive space for our team and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office, ensuring a professional, welcoming and well-organised environment
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates and incoming calls
- Coordinate onboarding for new starters, including induction packs and IT set-up
- Oversee office logistics including security passes, seating arrangements, mail, couriers and office supplies
- Plan and coordinate office events and team initiatives, including catering and logistics
- Liaise with building management, property services and internal stakeholders
- Identify and implement improvements to office processes and overall workplace experience
