About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Administrator to join a well-regarded organisation on the Gold Coast. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to step into financial wealth management, with full training and development provided. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, support the smooth running of the office, and assist advisers with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional reception and front-of-house support, greeting clients and managing incoming calls
- Coordinate mail, office supplies, meeting rooms, and ensure office facilities are well-maintained
- Assist with planning and delivering office events, meetings, and client functions
- Support advisers and managers with administrative and client-related tasks
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and tradespeople to ensure smooth office operations
About You
- A genuine interest in financial wealth management and professional services
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and eager to learn new systems
- Positive attitude, motivated to grow your career, and looking for a long-term opportunity
