About the Role
We are currently seeking a confident and proactive Office Administrator / Receptionist to join a professional and welcoming team based in the Sydney CBD. This is a 4-month contract, ideal for someone looking for part-time hours in a hands-on, varied role where you will be the face of the business.
This position plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting both front-of-house and day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and enquiries
- Managing front desk and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment
- Coordinating catering for meetings and internal events
- Processing reimbursements and maintaining records (primarily in Excel)
- Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms and communal spaces
- General office administration and ad hoc support as required
About You
- Previous experience in a receptionist, office administration or similar role
- Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with Excel
- Proactive and hands-on, happy to support across a range of tasks
- Reliable and able to commit to the full contract duration
