With a clear strategic agenda focused on growth, sustainability and increased national visibility, Bully Zero is seeking to appoint two Non-Executive Directors to its Board. These voluntary appointments present an opportunity to contribute to an organisation making a tangible difference, while shaping its future direction and impact.
The Board currently comprises of five Directors who have created a culture that is robust, respectful and supportive, where open dialogue is encouraged and diverse perspectives are valued. The Board is now seeking to appoint two additional Directors to strengthen capability and diversity in key areas, specifically Digital Marketing and Communications, and Strategic Partnerships and Advocacy.
The new Directors will be appointed for an initial three year term, with the opportunity for reappointment for up to two further three year terms, allowing a maximum tenure of nine years. Board meetings are held bimonthly, with a combination of virtual and in person engagement, alongside participation in strategy sessions and key organisational initiatives.
Non-Executive Director – Marketing and Communications
You will bring contemporary expertise in digital marketing and communications, ideally gained within an agency or similarly dynamic environment. This role will support Bully Zero to strengthen its brand presence, refine its voice and enhance market relevance in an increasingly crowded sector. You will provide strategic input into digital marketing initiatives, media engagement and audience growth, while leveraging networks to expand reach and awareness.
Non-Executive Director – Strategic Partnerships
You will contribute strong capability in building strategic partnerships that drive sustainable revenue and advocacy. With a well-established network across corporate, government or community sectors, you will support the organisation to identify and secure partnership opportunities that enhance long term impact. Experience within sectors such as property development, government, community, commercial, large-scale retail or hospitality, or similarly network rich environments will be highly regarded.
For both roles, we are seeking individuals who are purpose driven, well networked, innovative, and bring an understanding of the impacts of bullying, whether through lived experience or by supporting others who have experienced it. You may be an emerging or experienced Director, with the ability to contribute strategically, uphold strong governance, leverage your networks, and build values aligned relationships across the organisation.
