About the Role
Seeking a Network Engineer to join a growing technology team and support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise network infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on networking experience who is looking to further develop their technical depth while working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain enterprise network environments including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPNs
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security, responding to incidents and alerts
- Work closely with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure network reliability and compliance
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
- Provide third-level technical support and contribute to root cause analysis
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Network Engineer or Network Support role
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies (e.g. Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto or similar)
- Experience supporting firewall and VPN technologies
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues in production environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable (but not essential):
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
- Experience with network monitoring tools and ITSM platforms
- Understanding of network security principles and best practices
