Must be an Australian Citizen. Existing NV1 security clearance preferred
or the ability to obtain one at minimum.
We’re seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support a major infrastructure refresh program. The role involves hands-on implementation of network upgrades, working with senior technical specialists to deliver large-scale network replacement activities across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver network replacement and upgrade activities in line with project objectives.
- Contribute to detailed network design and documentation.
- Implement refreshed infrastructure and ensure compliance with frameworks and standards.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and mentoring support.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors on delivery coordination.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure milestones are achieved.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience delivering enterprise network solutions in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco, Checkpoint, and F5 technologies.
- Advanced troubleshooting and configuration skills.
- Understanding of hybrid environments and cloud integration.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Network Engineering (Cisco preferred).
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Existing NV1 clearance preferred, or ability to obtain one at a minimum.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid work model – mix of onsite (Gungahlin) and home.
