About the Role
A hands-on, client-facing role responsible for delivering seamless meeting room coordination and premium front-of-house support in a corporate office environment.
- Manage meeting room bookings and scheduling via internal systems
- Prepare and reset rooms, including AV setup, layout and presentation
- Coordinate catering, refreshments and room readiness throughout the day
- Act as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and visitors
About You
A polished and organised administrator who takes pride in presentation, service and keeping a high-standard office environment running smoothly.
- Experience in reception, administration or office coordination
- Confident, professional communicator with strong stakeholder presence
- Comfortable using booking systems, technology and basic AV
- Hands-on, proactive and happy working fully onsite
