About the Role
As the Master Scheduler, you will play a key role in managing the overall project schedule for the VNI West project. You will be responsible for maintaining an integrated program across multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy of forecasts, and providing clear reporting to support project delivery.

  • Manage and maintain the integrated project schedule across all workstreams
  • Coordinate inputs from internal teams, contractors and stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting on project progress, milestones and forecasts
  • Support schedule updates, re-baselining and approval processes
  • Identify risks, delays and impacts, and provide practical solutions
  • Lead and support scheduling capability within a small, growing team
  • Drive continuous improvement in scheduling tools, processes and reporting


About You
You are an experienced project scheduler with strong technical capability and the ability to work across complex infrastructure programs. You are proactive, solution-focused, and confident working with a range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Strong experience in project scheduling within engineering or infrastructure environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and provide solutions
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
  • Confident communication skills, including presenting to stakeholders
  • Experience in transmission or large-scale infrastructure projects (preferred)
