About the Role

We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Master Scheduler who will be responsible for management of the Project progress, regular reporting on the Project performance and forecasts, identifying any variance within the reporting period and presenting this information to the management team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and report on Project progress with regard to the Project timeframes and milestones, providing advice on optimisations as relevant.
  • Communicate with other teams to complete project program updates, schedule requirements and coordination between workstreams.
  • Managing submissions for budget and forecasts.
  • Manage the schedulers.
  • Produce and monitor the timeline progress of the Project, identification and communication of critical project milestones to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create, review and update new project scheduling processes and implement changes when required.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a senior project scheduler with strong people and project leadership experience. You will have strong skills in scheduling applications (Primavera, MS Project) and excellent analytical capability. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification (Finance, Engineering or Project Management) and 10+ years scheduling experience within a construction or engineering portfolio environment. Exposure to energy or linear infrastructure projects is highly regarded. Additionally, your strong interpersonal and communication skills will set you up to form effective working relationships and collaborate to ensure success in this role.
