We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead a team and drive innovative marketing across a growing automotive businesses. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to deliver integrated campaigns that engage customers, strengthen brands, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, including designers and social media coordinators.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create campaigns that deliver measurable results on time and within budget.
- Champion digital marketing best practices across CRM, social media, PPC, email, and website platforms.
- Maintain and enhance marketing assets and explore new platforms to grow engagement and sales.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to recommend innovative strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience in multi-brand, retail or automotive marketing, with team leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across the business.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills.
- Customer-focused with ability to build lasting relationships.
