About the Role

This is a newly shaped Marketing Executive role, created as Davidson evolves its marketing function into a commercially accountable value centre. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a critical execution role at a defining time for the business, supporting an upcoming brand refresh and delivering marketing activity that directly contributes to market visibility, engagement and revenue influence.

Operating within a lean, high-performing team, this role balances strong creative execution with performance discipline. You will translate strategy into high-quality, on-brand, measurable activity, applying a commercial lens to how marketing effort is prioritised, optimised and delivered.

Based in Brisbane or Melbourne, this role offers exposure across the national business and the opportunity to make a tangible impact as Davidson’s brand continues to evolve.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of Davidson’s brand refresh across digital, content and campaign activity
  • Executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to clear commercial objectives and audience intent
  • Managing day-to-day coordination of digital channels, content, campaigns and marketing operations
  • Maintaining and optimising marketing activity through Salesforce and marketing automation tools
  • Tracking campaign, digital and event performance, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement
  • Coordinating website updates and digital optimisation to ensure accuracy, consistency and impact


About You

  • Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns, digital activity and content, ideally within professional services, recruitment or consulting environments
  • Strong execution capability across campaigns, digital, content and marketing operations
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve outcomes
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a lean environment
  • Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships through reliability, responsiveness and follow-through
  • Adaptable, curious and motivated by continuous improvement
