The Role
You’ll support the Customer Acquisition & Engagement team by coordinating marketing, communications and engagement projects across digital and in-person channels.
- Provide coordination across campaign, research, events, and digital initiatives
- Liaise with creative and media agencies to support project delivery
- Track performance metrics and support reporting across campaigns
- Assist with marketing planning, budgeting and administrative tasks
- Support the creation of content, collateral and community engagement activities
- Stay up to date with marketing trends to inform delivery and innovation
About You
You’re an organised, creative and proactive marketing coordinator who’s comfortable juggling multiple projects and building relationships across teams.
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in marketing or communications
- Exposure to social and digital marketing in a B2C or B2B2C environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Demonstrated project planning, tracking and admin experience
- Comfortable working with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams
- Curious mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to learn
Highly desirable:
- Experience in the energy sector or another regulated industry
- Understanding of the energy transition and consumer engagement
