Our Client:
A Commonwealth government agency undertaking a multi-year Case Management Solution Program to deliver a streamlined, consolidated client portal.
The Role:
You will support the delivery of high-quality digital services by developing and executing a structured manual testing framework in an agile program environment. Working under the direction of the Test Manager, you will ensure solutions meet functional, technical and user-centred expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, document and execute comprehensive test plans
- Communicate complex information clearly and confidently to stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Use Jira, Confluence and case management systems
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, architects and product owners to clarify requirements
- Troubleshoot D365 behaviours, validate data flows and document defects effectively
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience performing comprehensive manual testing across enterprise applications, with strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven capability delivering ST, SIT and E2E testing for D365 modules aligned with business processes, configurations and customisations
- Hands-on experience testing D365 workflows, forms, security roles, data migration and custom extensions
- Experience validating D365 integrations with Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and third-party platforms
- Strong ability to design, maintain and execute detailed test cases, scripts and traceability matrices based on business, technical and functional requirements
- Proficiency using Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management, defect tracking, traceability and reporting
Desirable
- Basic understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub) for automated test execution
- Ability to troubleshoot basic automation failures
