As Managing Director, you will lead Greater Western Water through a pivotal period of transformation, strengthening culture, rebuilding trust and positioning the organisation as a leader in performance, sustainability and customer value. Working closely with a newly appointed Chair and a collaborative Board, you will set clear direction, drive operational excellence and empower a capable and engaged workforce to deliver for communities today and for generations to come. As a highly regarded executive leader, you will bring experience in regulated, asset intensive or customer service -oriented sectors such as utilities, energy, transport, infrastructure or government, with a strong record of driving organisational change to deliver exceptional customer and community outcomes. You are recognised for leading and executing transformation, delivering stability and performance improvement within complex environments. You combine strong commercial and financial acumen with disciplined investment and operational focus and are known as an authentic, visible and values led leader who can lead through cultural change, drive accountability and foster a high performance, customer centric culture.
Your success will also depend on your ability to build trust and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, manage complex regulatory relationships and represent the organisation with credibility and influence. As a trusted advisor to the Board, you will provide strategic insight and guidance to strengthen governance and alignment with long-term organisational goals.
