About the Role
We’re partnering with a well known, professional services organisation seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their growing Risk Advisory Services Team.
This leadership role offers the opportunity to deliver high-impact internal audit and risk solutions across a diverse client base while mentoring a talented team and contributing to the growth of a nationally recognised advisory practice.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the delivery of internal audit and risk engagements from planning to completion - ensuring technical excellence and client value.
- Leading and developing a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture built on collaboration and quality.
- Partnering with clients to strengthen risk frameworks, governance and internal controls.
- Driving business development initiatives and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and service offerings.
- Presenting clear, strategic insights to Audit & Risk Committees, Boards, and senior executives.

About You
You’re a seasoned internal audit professional with strong technical capability and a commercial mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and take pride in leading teams that deliver exceptional outcomes.
You will bring:
- Significant internal audit and assurance experience gained within a professional services or Big 4 environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex engagements and provide pragmatic, value-adding insights.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, or a related field (CA, CPA, or CISA highly regarded).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for developing people and driving client success.
