About the Opportunities

Working on some of the most challenging and high-profile programs in QLD, this role will give you the opportunity to specialise in client-side leadership and delivery roles which have a meaningful impact.

Depending on your experience, you may join at Manager or Senior Manager level. An example of some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide advice to government on infrastructure projects across health, education, transport and regional development

  • Lead or support programs of work, managing workstreams or stepping into project leadership roles

  • Prepare clear reports, business cases and feasibility studies using quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Deliver high quality strategic and analytical written and verbal advice

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage reporting deliverables

  • Mentor junior team members to grow capability and confidence

  • Contribute to client development opportunities within sector focus

About You

To be successful in this role you will have tertiary qualifications ideally in engineering, business, finance, economics, commerce or law. Experience in the public sector, procurement and/or delivery of infrastructure and associated services, contract design and development, consulting and the provision of professional services will be highly regarded. You will demonstrate strong relationship management skills including the proven ability to partner with clients and understand their business requirements and will have strong skills in negotiating and facilitating discussions in a variety of situations. Your report writing and presentation skills will be of a high standard along with your ability to effectively diagnose situations and develop creative solutions that enhance programme outcomes.
