Reporting to the Executive Manager Strategic Planning and Performance, the Manager ICT provides strategic and operational leadership across technology, systems and digital initiatives. Leading a capable team and as a trusted business partner, the Manager works closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, improve performance and enhance the experience of customers and staff. The Manager focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, uplifting data quality and modernising systems to support streamlined, accessible and user-friendly services. Through strong collaboration and effective leadership, the Manager builds internal capability and ensures the organisation is a contemporary, future-focused utility.
To be successful in this role, you are a strategic and values driven technology leader with demonstrated experience across information technology systems. You have a solid technical foundation and a track record of developing and implementing systems that support both operational delivery and longer-term strategic objectives. An effective and engaging people leader, you have proven experience working collaboratively across the organisation to translate broader strategic goals into practical technology outcomes. With well-developed interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiating skills, you build trusted relationships, influence at all levels and help drive initiatives through to successful delivery.
