About the Role

As a Management Accountant, you will work closely with the Controller and wider finance team to ensure accuracy, insight and strategic support across budgeting, reporting and general ledger functions. This role plays a vital part in financial operations, contributing to both monthly and annual results, audit preparation and equipment sales support. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real business value through data and financial modelling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in annual budget preparation and external audits
  • Supporting monthly results reporting and variance analysis
  • Conducting WIP reviews and warranty provision calculations
  • Managing selected general ledger reconciliations
  • Processing international and domestic invoices, claims and adjustments in the ERP system
  • Supporting equipment sales through quote modelling and financial input
  • Reviewing and authorising daily payments
  • Assisting in the development of financial dashboards and reports
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to drive understanding and improvement across service and parts teams

About You

You are an analytical and motivated finance professional who thrives on accuracy, structure and making meaningful contributions to your team. You enjoy working in a hands-on environment and are comfortable juggling detail-driven tasks with broader reporting and business engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in a finance or management accounting role
  • Progress toward (or interest in obtaining) CPA or CIMA qualifications
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • The ability to build relationships across departments and levels
  • A proactive, get-it-done mindset with a desire to learn and improve
