About the Role
As the learning & development consultant you will support the rollout of a new Pega system for internal colleagues. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition by designing and delivering training programs that empower employees to confidently adopt the new platform.
Key Responsibilities
Training Development
- Design engaging classroom-based training content using adult learning principles to maximise learner retention and engagement
- Develop comprehensive learning design maps informed by a detailed Training Needs Analysis
- Create system simulation videos and video demonstrations to enhance interactive learning experiences
- Produce support resources and reference materials to assist learners post-training
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure content aligns with system functionality and learning objectives
Training Delivery & Transition
- Deliver structured training sessions in line with the allocated schedule across various audience groups
- Coordinate the publication of learning and support materials to designated central repositories (Go/ISOD) to support cutover activities
- Facilitate the smooth transition of training materials into BAU (Business-As-Usual) environments post-system launch
About You
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Consultant within banking and/or finance
- Strong background in designing and delivering end-user training for IT or system implementations (e.g., Pega or other enterprise platforms)
- Confident facilitator with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience creating multimedia training resources such as system walkthroughs and video simulations
- Familiarity with training tools and platforms (LMS, SharePoint, etc.)
- Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced project environment
