Lead Support Planner

Administration & Office Support

About the Role

Davidson is partnering with a values-driven organisation in the community and disability services sector to recruit a Lead Support Planner / Intake Coordinator.

This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing intake, service planning and coordination across therapy and family support programs. You’ll sit at the centre of operations, ensuring funding, documentation, bookings and service agreements are accurate, compliant and aligned with program requirements.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys untangling complex funding scenarios, improving workflows and being the go-to person for both families and internal teams. The environment is fast-paced, purpose-led and constantly evolving — no two days will look the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end intake and onboarding across NDIS and other government-funded programs
  • Manage and maintain service agreements, bookings and documentation with a strong compliance lens
  • Resolve complex funding, billing and allowable charge queries
  • Improve intake processes, workflows and system practices to strengthen service delivery
  • Act as a central point of contact for families, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and clinicians
  • Monitor funding utilisation and proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Contribute to CMS implementation, data quality checks and system improvements
  • Prepare monthly reporting and compliance documentation across funded programs

About You

You’re confident navigating complex funding environments and thrive in roles that require problem-solving, accuracy and strong stakeholder engagement.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience with intake and service planning within NDIS or similar funded programs
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS pricing, service agreements and funding guidelines
  • Clear, confident communication with families, clinicians and external partners
  • A continuous improvement mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
  • Solid understanding of compliance and documentation requirements

Experience working within allied health or community services environments will be highly regarded.

The Benefits

  • Career-building role with genuine impact
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Salary packaging options
  • Access to wellbeing, learning and development initiatives
  • Supportive, values-led culture

If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely improve service delivery, guide others and make a meaningful difference, this is a strong next step.
