Lead Business Analyst – CRM, Microsoft Dynamics
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation program. This role offers an immediate start and will play a key leadership role in a high-performing delivery team focused on CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in the Melbourne CBD office
- Wednesday and Thursday are mandatory in-office anchor days
About the Role
The Lead Business Analyst will lead end-to-end business analysis across digital initiatives, managing a team of BAs and working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. You will drive the analysis effort across projects and ensure alignment with business goals and technical outcomes.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 10+ years as a Senior BA and 2–3 years in a Lead BA role
- Proven leadership of BA teams within large digital transformation programs
- Expertise in CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system integration
- Experience facilitating workshops, documenting business requirements, and managing traceability
- High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong documentation and reporting capability, including BA metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Office Suite, JIRA, and SharePoint
Desirable
- CBAP or equivalent certification
- Experience with BPMN 2.0
- Previous work in a government or regulatory setting
