About the Company

Davidson is proudly partnering with a leading global developer, owner and operator of energy assets with a significant forward pipeline of projects. Drawing on a significant track-record of success, both domestically and internationally, they are currently playing a critical role in enabling the energy transition in the Australian market.

With a national network of offices and developments, they offer the opportunity to work on industry-shaping projects which accelerate careers.

About the Role

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Land Support Lead to support a government-led land acquisition and engagement process as part of a major infrastructure initiative. You’ll work closely with state government agencies to ensure a coordinated and consistent landholder experience, while reinforcing the project’s reputation and delivery goals.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across delivery, legal, planning, and stakeholder engagement teams. You'll help shape landholder strategy, coordinate with public and private stakeholders, and maintain momentum through proactive relationship management.

About You

You are a skilled stakeholder engagement professional with experience managing relationships across a large and diverse landholder base. You’ve worked in sectors like energy, gas, rail, or transport—ideally on linear infrastructure projects—and bring a calm, collaborative approach to complex conversations.

You understand the Victorian stakeholder landscape and have a proven ability to build trust across regional communities, government, and internal teams. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment where attention to detail, communication, and alignment are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a government-led land acquisition and engagement process, acting as a conduit between public agencies, landholders, and internal project teams.
  • Collaborate with state government representatives to shape and implement engagement strategy.
  • Influence consistency in landholder experience while promoting project reputation and brand.
  • Act as a senior liaison across a stakeholder base of landholders, providing clear and coordinated communication.
  • Coordinate internally across legal, environmental, planning, and construction teams to align engagement with delivery milestones.
  • Monitor and resolve landholder concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure biosecurity, cultural heritage, and safety standards are maintained during all engagement activities.
  • Contribute to internal reporting, stakeholder briefings, and ongoing strategic planning efforts.
  • Represent the organisation with integrity in all interactions across government, community, and industry forums.

**We are now accepting expressions of interest for this role.**
