Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service while also supporting their growth and performance. With a strong understanding of contractual frameworks, industry dynamics, and business development, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our market position.

The role will include overseeing the management of leases and customer contracts, rate reviews and other contractual related matters to ensure contractual obligations are complied with. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to drive strategic business development and growth with existing and new customers across the portfolio combining property and service offerings to maxmise trade growth. You will engage across the organisation to actively pursue new business opportunities, working across various functions to create attractive business solutions to fulfil customer needs. In addition, you will provide strategic advice, analytical support and required reporting to the GeelongPort Leadership team to inform strategic decisions and migitiate risk to the business as required.

What you will bring:

• Strong strategic relationship and account management capability, with customer-centric mindset.
• Experience managing industrial or commercial contracts, leases or service agreements across logistics, supply chain, industrial or related industries.
• Experience in identifying growth opportunities and improving customer performance of existing key commercial customer contracts.
• The ability to translate industry insights into practical recommendations.
• Formal qualifications across finance, commercial or related business disciplines would be highly regarded.
