About the Role
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Technology Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale technology migration program based in Sydney.
This role will suit an energetic, delivery-focused Project Manager who is building strong career momentum and is ready to take the next step in a complex enterprise environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, technology teams and delivery leads to support planning, coordination, governance and successful delivery outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of technology project outcomes across a major migration program
- Coordinating project activities, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies
- Engaging with internal stakeholders, technical teams and business representatives
- Preparing project reporting, status updates and governance materials
- Supporting delivery planning, workshops and project documentation
- Helping drive momentum across workstreams to ensure milestones are achieved
- Contributing to a high-performing program environment with a strong delivery mindset
About You
You will be an up-and-coming Project Manager with strong communication skills, initiative and the ability to work confidently in a complex enterprise setting.
You will bring:
- Experience as a Project Manager in a large scale enterprise
- Proven experience supporting or leading technology delivery outcomes
- Previous banking experience is essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Exposure to complex enterprise environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset
- Migration experience will be beneficial, though not essential
