About the Role
Seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to take ownership of the Modern Workplace and End User Computing (EUC) ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee Microsoft 365, Windows, device management and end‑user experience, while coordinating workloads across a small support team.
This is a hands‑on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys improving environments, uplifting standards and ensuring staff have a seamless technology experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and continually enhance the Modern Workplace stack (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Windows).
- Manage all EUC services including devices, support processes and end‑user experience.
- Oversee device management including Intune/MDM, patching, compliance and lifecycle.
- Act as the primary coordinator for tickets through the Avanti system.
- Prioritise, assign and track incidents, service requests and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to uplift stability, security and usability across the environment.
About You
- Strong technical background across Windows environments and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
- Previous IT leadership experience or senior-level escalation responsibility.
- Solid understanding of EUC operations, device management and modern desktop standards.
- Experience coordinating service desk workflows and ticketing systems (Avanti highly regarded).
