About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Trainer to support adoption and capability uplift across the Salesforce Field Service (FSL) module.
The role will focus on training design and delivery for field technicians, schedulers, planners and supervisors, ensuring users are confident and capable throughout rollout and hypercare.
About You
- Proven experience training on Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Strong understanding of scheduling, dispatch and mobile workforce processes
- Experience working in operational or field-based environments
- Ability to develop training materials and deliver classroom, virtual and on-site sessions
- Experience supporting system rollouts and hypercare
- Utilities experience preferred but not essential
This role will suit a hands-on trainer who understands field operations and can drive practical system adoption.
