About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst (Level 1–2) to join a Sydney-based team in a fully onsite role(5 days per week). You will provide hands-on support to end users across hardware, software, and core IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing Level 1–2 technical support to end users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Managing user accounts, access, and permissions
- Setting up and configuring devices
- Logging and resolving support tickets
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding and general IT support tasks
About You
You are a proactive and approachable IT professional who enjoys working closely with end users and solving technical issues.
You will have:
- 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or service desk
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and end-user environments
- Basic networking skills
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice to have:
- Exposure to endpoint management tools
- Experience with cloud-based environments
- Relevant certifications or training
