We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Service Delivery Manager to join a global organisation, leading high-performing Services teams across the region. In this role, you’ll ensure the delivery of exceptional IT support aligned with defined Service Catalogue SLAs and KPIs, while acting as a key escalation point for service issues and unresolved tickets.
You will be responsible for enhancing operational excellence through automation, system monitoring, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 8 years of IT management experience, strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, and a proven ability to lead teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee regional Site Services teams, ensuring compliance with security and service delivery standards.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimise service delivery and resource allocation for enterprise-level IT projects.

Lead strategic initiatives focused on task automation, service reliability, and system improvements.

Identify and resolve service gaps, manage critical incidents, and report on service performance metrics.

Ensure adherence to information security policies and proactively manage potential security incidents.
What You Bring:

Exceptional leadership and communication skills across federated environments.

Demonstrated experience with SLA/KPI management, process optimisation, and IT service strategy development.

Ability to foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Experience in healthcare IT (desirable but not essential).
