Service Delivery Coordinator

We’re partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation delivering critical services across Australia’s health and community sectors. They’re investing in their digital platforms and are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to support system performance, vendor delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the role
This is a hands-on coordination role sitting between technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring digital systems run smoothly, issues are resolved efficiently, and enhancements are delivered in line with business needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating day-to-day support of digital platforms and systems
- Managing helpdesk tickets end-to-end, including triage, prioritisation, and escalation
- Monitoring system performance, identifying trends, and proactively addressing issues
- Acting as the central point of contact between internal users and external technology vendors
- Supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
- Assisting with root cause analysis of recurring issues and driving resolution
- Maintaining system documentation, processes, and knowledge articles
- Supporting reporting and insights across service delivery metrics and SLAs
About you
You are someone who enjoys working across both technical and business teams, with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience in IT support, service delivery, or digital operations environments
- Hands-on experience with ticketing and service management tools (e.g. Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshservice)
- Understanding of IT service management principles (ITIL or similar)
- Exposure to system integrations, workflows, and data flows across business applications
- Ability to interpret system issues, logs, and user-reported incidents, and escalate effectively
- Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards (e.g. Power BI) is beneficial
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical issues into clear, business-friendly language
Salary and benefits
- $90,000 base salary + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading
- Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $7,950
- Allows you to pay everyday expenses (e.g. rent, mortgage, bills) using pre-tax income
- Increases your take-home pay and brings total package value to approx. $110K+
- Equivalent to earning ~ $99K base in a non-salary packaging environment
- 3 additional days of bonus leave plus birthday leave
- Hybrid working (up to 2 days per week from home)
