Project Manager – Integration: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving projects and enjoys being involved early in shaping delivery frameworks, vendor engagement, and platform rollout.
The Opportunity
This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale integration projects that connect critical business systems across both cloud and on-premise environments. The organisation is currently in the tender phase for selecting its enterprise integration platform and delivery partner, making this a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning of the journey.
You’ll play a pivotal role in helping establish governance, project structure, and delivery planning, while working closely with architecture, technology, and vendor teams to ensure the chosen solution aligns with business and technical objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead integration and API delivery projects from initiation through to BAU handover.

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define integration approaches and delivery roadmaps.

Manage governance, risk, budgeting, and reporting processes for complex technology programs.

Oversee vendor engagement, RFP/tender evaluation, and contract management activities.

Coordinate testing, deployment, and operational readiness for integrated solutions.

Build strong relationships across internal teams, external vendors, and key business leaders.
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience managing integration, middleware, or API projects in enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of cloud and legacy system integration approaches and data transformation.

Experience supporting or leading vendor management and platform selection (RFP/tender) processes.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains.

Strong governance, risk management, and project delivery discipline.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide structure during early-stage project phases.
