The Opportunity
- Senior client-facing consulting leadership role
- Lead architecture ways of working uplift, AI adoption, and executive stakeholder alignment
- Hybrid role based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
Davidson is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive a high-impact engagement focused on AI ways of working and architecture-function uplift. This role will provide the leadership, pace, and judgement needed to turn a strong concept into practical client outcomes.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will align AI adoption, process redesign, governance, and leadership enablement. The role sits within the architecture team, so success requires an ability to connect the work to role design, capability uplift, and stronger ways of working across the function.
What you’ll do
- Lead the engagement end to end across scope, sequencing, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.
- Act as the day-to-day leadership interface with client stakeholders and architecture leaders.
- Shape the agenda across architecture ways of working, governance, decision-making, productivity uplift, and AI accelerators.
- Translate diagnostic and time-and-motion findings into practical recommendations, priorities, and role design decisions.
- Keep the work aligned across AI adoption, process redesign, architecture uplift, and executive decision forums.
- Provide clear framing for workshops, playbacks, future-state recommendations, and next-step actions.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading transformation engagements across operating model, governance, productivity uplift, or architecture-function change.
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and sponsor management capability.
- Ability to translate findings into practical action, priorities, and delivery decisions.
- Strong commercial judgement across scope, delivery, and resource management.
- Executive presence, sound judgement, and concise communication in complex stakeholder environments.
- Credible working knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture.
- Strong insurance domain understanding across PAS, claims, Cx/CRM, data, and integration.
- Strong understanding of insurance modernisation, AI ways of working, and AI-enabled automation.
