Our client is a large, values-driven organisation operating within a complex and people-focused environment. With a strong emphasis on culture, collaboration and clear communication, the organisation is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to support a range of organisational initiatives.

About the Role
This Internal Communications Advisor role will support the delivery of clear, practical internal communications across the organisation, working closely with change, communications and people leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering internal communication materials across multiple channels
  • Producing leader talking points, employee updates, FAQs and intranet content
  • Supporting managers and leaders with consistent and effective messaging
  • Coordinating communications activity with project, HR and communications stakeholders
  • Supporting change management initiatives through clear, structured internal communications; previous experience supporting change programs will be beneficial
  • Ensuring messaging is clear, timely and aligned to organisational priorities

This is a 6 month fixed term contract, part-time opportunity (3 days per week)

About You
You are an experienced internal communications professional who is comfortable working in complex organisational environments and partnering with a broad range of stakeholders.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in internal or corporate communications
  • Strong written communication and content development skills
  • Experience supporting communications in large or distributed organisations
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
  • A collaborative, practical and delivery-focused working style
  • Previous experience in not for profit or government organisations will be highly regarded
