About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Intermediate Automation Tester
to join a collaborative delivery team working on high-quality digital solutions. This role suits someone with strong hands-on automation skills, solid manual testing experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the full SDLC.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality through robust test automation, effective defect management, and continuous improvement of testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TOSCA
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for digital applications
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to embed quality across the SDLC
- Execute manual testing where required to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Analyse test results, identify defects, and support timely resolution
- Contribute to improving test frameworks, processes, and overall testing maturity
Key Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in software testing (automation and manual)
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and working knowledge of TOSCA
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Experience testing digital applications (web and/or mobile)
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Superannuation domain
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Confluence, ALM)
