Are you an organised HR professional who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy and consistency to HR administration?
Davidson is partnering with a well-established global organisation to recruit an Interim HR Project Officer
for an initial three-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting a key HR administration project, ensuring employee records are accurate, compliant and up to date while providing general HR support across the People & Culture function.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and validating employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identifying and correcting inconsistencies within HR data.
- Updating and maintaining employee information within the HR system.
- Standardising records and documentation.
- Preparing employment documentation and agreements using approved templates.
- Providing general HR administration support to the People & Culture team.
- Managing your workload independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Coordinator or HR Administration role.
- Experience maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
- Confidence using HR systems along with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting HR data quality, HR systems or administration projects will be highly regarded.
