About the Role
An experienced Senior Integration Developer (.NET) is sought to design, build and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions across a complex Azure ecosystem.
This role will play a key part in enabling seamless communication and data exchange across a wide range of platforms, including SaaS and PaaS applications spanning customer, finance, retail and supply chain systems.
You will be responsible for developing scalable and secure integration solutions using Azure-native services, with a strong focus on API management, messaging, event-driven architectures and data flows. The role involves designing and implementing integration patterns aligned to business objectives, while ensuring performance, reliability and maintainability across the integration landscape.
Key responsibilities include designing system interfaces and APIs, building integration workflows and transformation logic, and implementing robust messaging solutions. You will also contribute to testing strategies, documentation and continuous improvement of integration practices, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical outcomes.
About You
You are a senior integration professional with strong experience delivering solutions within complex enterprise environments. You bring both hands-on development capability and the ability to contribute to architectural design and best practice.
- 5+ years’ experience in senior integration development roles, ideally within retail or large enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Azure integration services including API Management, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Data Factory, Service Bus and/or Azure Functions
- Proven development experience using C# and .NET, including REST API development and SQL optimisation
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, event-driven architecture and cloud-based design
- Experience working in Agile environments and applying engineering best practices
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tooling, particularly Azure DevOps
- Experience designing scalable, reusable integration patterns across multiple systems
- Ability to contribute to architecture and lead or mentor within development teams
