Melbourne | Initial 6-month contract | 2 year program

The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a long-term transformation program delivering a modern enterprise quality management platform across large-scale construction operations. You will work within a high-performing delivery team alongside an experienced Program Manager and Integration Lead, contributing to a complex data migration and integration initiative with genuine operational impact.

Melbourne based opportunity, must be able to attend the Melbourne CBD office. Initial 6 month contract with strong scope for multiple extensions, 2 year program. Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for this position.

The Role
As an Integration Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data integration and migration between legacy systems and the target enterprise platform.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with operational stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements
  • Mapping end-to-end data flows, including source-to-target mappings and transformations
  • Developing and maintaining data dictionaries, metadata, and mapping documentation
  • Translating business and functional requirements into clear specifications for technical teams
  • Supporting data migration and integration testing by validating data accuracy and completeness
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system usage

About You

In order to be a successful applicant you will have strong experience in data integration, data mapping, and functional analysis within complex programs.

You will also have:

  • Proven experience working on large system implementations or enterprise platforms
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including presentations
  • Experience supporting data migration initiatives from legacy systems
  • Background in construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, or similar asset-heavy industries
  • Solid understanding of data governance, security, and quality standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with architects, developers, and integration teams
