Integration & Software Engineer

Location: Picton, NSW (Hybrid considered)
Contract: Up to 18 months
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration & Software Engineer to support a major enterprise integration initiative within a complex organisational environment. The primary focus of this role is integrating CRM and data systems to support a large-scale service program, while also contributing to other integration and software projects across the organisation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, build and maintain reliable system integrations that align with business needs and deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role suits a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving integration challenges, working across multiple platforms, and communicating technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and support integrations between CRM platforms, Microsoft Power Platform and other corporate systems
  • Build and maintain API-based data exchanges between disparate systems
  • Work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Support ongoing integration and software initiatives across multiple business areas
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and prevent data and integration issues
  • Provide clear technical guidance and explanations to a range of stakeholders
  • Contribute to planning activities that may involve cross-functional working groups

About You

You are a technically strong integration professional with solid experience across enterprise platforms and a customer-focused mindset. You are comfortable working in structured environments and balancing technical delivery with stakeholder engagement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar integration or software engineering role
  • At least 2 years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • At least 2 years’ experience with Salesforce development
  • Strong experience designing and consuming APIs to integrate dissimilar systems
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working collaboratively with vendors and internal business teams
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational skills

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field, and/or
  • Relevant industry certifications or equivalent practical experience
