About the Role
This role requires someone who can confidently lead end‑to‑end implementation activities, manage aggressive regulatory timelines, and coordinate effectively across multiple technical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery within the energy/electricity domain, ensuring all regulatory and compliance timelines are met.
- Drive complex change through both production and non‑production environments, overseeing implementation readiness and execution in fast‑paced, high‑pressure projects.
- Develop and manage comprehensive implementation, cutover, and go‑live plans, working closely with Project Delivery, Testing, Change Management, and Operational teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and document detailed handover plans, ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders and successful transition into BAU operations.
- Track, monitor, and report progress throughout implementation events, including managing issues, defects, triage, escalation, and resolution to keep the delivery on track.
About You
- Delivering technology or regulatory projects in the energy/electricity sector (Must have).
- A strong background managing projects within the energy sector
- Leading high‑complexity implementations with multiple moving parts.
- Coordinating cross‑functional teams through critical project milestones.
- Managing risks, issues, and defects with a structured and proactive approach.
