The implementation Analyst will bridge the gap between solution delivery and operational execution, ensuring that operational readiness, adoption, transition to BAU and benefit realisation are embedded into project delivery. The role will span planning, delivery, go‑live and transition phases across multiple initiatives
- Proven experience supporting implementation, operational readiness and BAU transition within complex programs or projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability with operational and technical teams
- Ability to translate impacts into practical, executable implementation actions
- Experience working within structured delivery environments (enterprise or regulated settings preferred), particularly as part of a change management function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and maintaining integrated implementation plans aligned to technical delivery, operational readiness, transition and benefit realisation activities
- Identifying and managing implementation dependencies, risks, constraints and sequencing
- Conducting detailed impact assessments across processes, systems, roles, capability, support models and benefits
- Translating impacts into practical, delivery‑embedded implementation activities
- Analysing current and future state processes and workflows
- Defining and coordinating clear transition approaches from project delivery into BAU
- Partnering with operational stakeholders to validate impacts and co‑design implementation approaches
- Defining, tracking and reporting operational readiness and go‑live criteria
- Ensuring ownership, capability, processes and accountabilities are clearly established post‑implementation
- Providing decision‑ready reporting on implementation progress, risks, issues and readiness aligned to enterprise delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience applying change management, business analysis or delivery frameworks in real‑world implementation contexts
- Practical understanding of project delivery, business analysis and change practices within complex environments
- Familiarity with recognised frameworks (e.g. Agile/Hybrid, Waterfall, BABOK, Prosci or equivalent) and the ability to apply them pragmatically
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority
- Experience working across technical and operational domains
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills
