About the Role
- Developing and implementing HR strategies across a range of issues
- Leading workforce planning, recruitment, EBA, and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Fostering leadership development and a culture of learning and inclusivity.
- Providing advice to senior leaders but not limited to, employee issues, employee entitlements, workforce planning, culture, performance management, etc.
- Developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legislative compliance and best practice
About You
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Tertiary degree in human resources or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years Business Partnering experience in a progressive human resources environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of IR, OD, OHS & relevant legislation
- Significant experience in facilitating training, coaching and team building
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities
