About the Role

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies across a range of issues
  • Leading workforce planning, recruitment, EBA, and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Fostering leadership development and a culture of learning and inclusivity.
  • Providing advice to senior leaders but not limited to, employee issues, employee entitlements, workforce planning, culture, performance management, etc.
  • Developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legislative compliance and best practice


About You

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Tertiary degree in human resources or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years Business Partnering experience in a progressive human resources environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IR, OD, OHS & relevant legislation
  • Significant experience in facilitating training, coaching and team building
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities
