HRBP – Lead Change in a Global Infrastructure Business

Human Resources & Recruitment

The Opportunity

Our client is a global, publicly listed infrastructure and manufacturing organisation operating across the “road to rail” sector.

The Australian business is entering a new chapter under recently appointed leadership. With a clear mandate to stabilise, strengthen and evolve the organisation, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to step into a highly visible standalone role.

This is not a transactional HR position. You will partner directly with the Managing Director and executive team to:

  • Embed structure and clarity across the organisation
  • Strengthen leadership capability and accountability
  • Align local workforce strategy with global HR frameworks
  • Oversee payroll governance and HR systems integrity
  • Support cultural evolution during leadership transition

This is a hands-on operational environment supporting major infrastructure clients across Australia.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Direct partnership with the Managing Director
  • Exposure to global HR leadership and frameworks
  • True standalone ownership and accountability
  • Opportunity to shape culture during leadership reset
  • Senior salary band reflective of responsibility

This role will suit an HR professional who enjoys influence, ownership and meaningful impact.

About You
You are already operating at HR Business Partner level and bring:

  • 8+ years’ senior HR experience
  • Proven capability supporting organisational change
  • Strong ER and Australian employment law knowledge
  • Experience within operational, industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Confidence working independently with executive stakeholders
  • Exposure to payroll oversight and HR systems governance

You are credible, commercially aware and resilient.
You lead change steadily and practically - not theatrically.

The Package

  • $130,000 – $150,000 + super
  • On-site role with practical flexibility
  • Free on-site parking
  • Exposure within a global, listed organisation
  • Long-term credibility and influence
