About the Role
This 9-month contract is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the HR Director – IT on phase two of a business transformation project. You’ll focus on embedding the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) into role design and job profiling, ensuring job clarity, consistency and alignment across a large, complex organisation.
This role is best described as an HR Transformation Consultant - bringing structure and frameworks to support workforce planning and organisational capability uplift.
Key responsibilities include:
- Embedding SFIA into job profiling and role architecture
- Supporting leaders to align frameworks with workforce and capability needs
- Creating practical tools and guides for consistent role design
- Partnering on transformation initiatives across the IT division and wider business
About You
- You will be available for an immediate start and able to commit to the full length of the contract
- Strong background in HR operations, organisational design, or job architecture
- Ideally experience embedding frameworks such as SFIA (or transferable experience with similar)
- Exposure to IT, technology or software-related businesses highly regarded
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver project outcomes
The Benefits
- Day rate: $670 - $720 + super
